About ME

I am a senior Global Talent Acquisition professional with a background spanning Executive Recruitment, Talent Management, and Executive Coaching, working across multiple sectors with a particular depth of experience in the airline and aviation industry.

 Throughout my career, I have partnered with organisations to fill critical and senior-level roles across a wide range of functions, including commercial, finance, and digital, as well as general management and enterprise leadership positions. My work has included appointments at C-suite, Senior Vice President, and Head of Department level, supporting both growth and transformation agendas.  

I am known for building trusted, long-term relationships with senior professionals and stakeholders, and for bringing a thoughtful, human-centred approach to hiring decisions that have lasting impact.
